（中央社台北2日電）前總統馬英九針對政治獻金案自訴控告名嘴周玉蔻加重誹謗，今天親自出庭後受訪表示，特偵組的調查和法院的判決都證明他未收受頂新2億元政治獻金，也未圖利頂新，他清白的部分已確認，被告的有關責任非常清楚。

這是馬英九卸任總統後，首度因自訴案出庭。他步出法庭受訪說，今天應審判長請他出庭說明，時間非常短。去年6月18日特偵組經過6個月詳細調查後證明他未收受頂新2億元政治獻金，也未圖利頂新，雖然控告誹謗在12月31日判敗訴，但他清白的部分已確認。馬英九認為被告的有關責任非常清楚。
